Stacey Slaughter is the president and CEO of NCTI, a leading provider of training, education, and workforce development services. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Washington, she built a 20-year career with Jones International, rising to CFO and acquiring a master’s degree from the University of Colorado along the way. In 2015, Stacey acquired NCTI and led the company’s transformation into a flexible enterprise learning provider. Today, she maintains focus on strategic vision and execution, tactical relationships with vendors and industry leaders, and aggressively growing product offerings and services. An active member of the WICT Rocky Mountain Chapter, Stacey mentors in WICT's Mentoring program and serves on boards for Christians in Communications and the SCTE Rocky Mountain Chapter. She is a certified public accountant and board member for Delta Zeta Sorority. Stacey lives in Denver, Colorado with her daughter.
