Rachelle is the Manager of Government Relations at CostQuest. She manages our State Affairs and business development efforts related to state government contracting and supports our Federal Affairs efforts by engaging with congressional delegations in DC from all states and territories. Rachelle is based in CostQuest's Seattle, WA office.
