Oneisha Freeman Rojales is a Georgia native and a leader in digital inclusion with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. As the Digital Connectivity Manager at the Georgia Technology Authority, she is part of the broadband team and spearheads efforts to ensure equitable access to technology for all Georgians, regardless of zip code or economic status.
Starting as a Technical Support Analyst in fintech, Oneisha has dedicated her career to closing the digital divide through nonprofit work, developing programs that enhance tech skills, device access, and connectivity. Her diverse experience offers valuable insight into the intersection of technology, policy, and community development.
Oneisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a Certification in Digital Equity, and is pursuing an MBA from the University of Georgia. A proud U.S. Army Reserves veteran, she served as an Automated Logistical Specialist. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two.
