Dr. William “Chandler” LeBoeuf serves as the Vice President of Education for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) and the Executive Director for the LCTCS Foundation. In this capacity, he has oversight of enrollment management and student affairs, academics and workforce development, governmental affairs, fundraising, foundation relations, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Chandler previously served as the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at Fletcher Technical Community College and has served in leadership roles at two additional community colleges in Louisiana over the last 10 years. He has also spent time in proprietary education and private education management that includes private education for multiple states including Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama and later served as a national leader for online learning.
He is a champion for workforce development and educational attainment and developed case studies and advocated for Workforce Pell and WIOA on the federal levels.
